I love seeing a bride's happiness as she looks at her wedding photographs for the first time, and listening to a mother's sounds of amazement as she sees all her family so themselves in a positive way, and all the other ways my photographs help people relive the past. |

| My passion really took hold in 2004, when I got my first serious digital camera, a Nikon D2X. Before then, I had gone through a series of film cameras (which cost 50¢ per shot, even for the mistakes) and low-end digital cameras (which would shoot about two seconds after pressing the button). With the Nikon D2X, I took lots of pictures of everything I encountered with the only cost being my time. |
